Wolfspeed RF MOSFET Transistors
RF MOSFET transistors are transistors designed to operate at radio frequencies (RF). They are usually either depletion-mode or enhancement-mode and are usually operated in the same way as standard MOSFET transistors. They are used in a wide range of applications such as microwave ovens, radar systems, ham radios, mobile phone transmitters, and many more. They are available in a variety of package sizes, and are typically manufactured using gallium arsenide or gallium nitride semiconductor materials.
