AOU2N60

The Alpha & Omega AOU2N60 is a high-speed power MOSFET designed specifically for use in single- and three-phase, hard-switched and resonant-mode DC to AC power conversion applications. It offers very low on-state resistance down to 0.0058 Ohms max at 100V and an extremely low gate charge of just 10nC. This allows it to reduce the power losses associated with switching operations and increase efficiency. The AOU2N60 features an optimized package layout with a low gate-drain cross-talk and a reduced foot print which helps to minimize switching losses and reduce the overall size of the system.
