Low noise, high gain, low group 18k (MAX40658) delay, and fast recovery from overload make these parts 36k (MAX40659) ideal for distance-measurement applications. 360MHz Minimum Bandwidth Important features include 45nA input-referred noise, RMS Internal Clamp For Input Current Up To 100mA an internal 100mA clamp, 18k (MAX40658) and 36k Offset Adjust Input (MAX40659) transimpedance, and greater than 360MHz bandwidth.
