The APM32F103RBT6 by APEXMIC is a low-power 32-bit processor with a 64-pin LQFP package (RoHS compliant) and several peripheral components. It is based on the ARM Cortex-M3 core, but with a host of additional features that make it ideal for applications requiring high levels of integration, including digital signal processing and power management. It includes a 32-bit RISC processor, DSP extensions, an embedded FlashMemory, a variety of connectivity peripherals (such as isolated CAN, USB, and Ethernet), an on-chip LCD driver/controller, and an optional TFT/LCD display.
