BL24C02F-PARC Belling

The BL24C02F-PARC 2Kb EEPROM is a non-volatile compatible I2C memory component manufactured by Belling. It has a memory capacity of 256 bytes of 8 bits each and is designed to be used in a small outline package (SOP) with a bodylength of 150 mils. The memory component is RoHS compliant and can be used for an array of applications such as electrically configurable systems which require the storage of digital data. It offers a wide operating temperature range of -40 °C to +85 °C. It requires a single power supply of 3.0V ~ 5.5V, providing a low power consumption of 50mA for write operations and 1mA for standby operations. The device is designed to be accessed using only three I2C bus signals (SDA and SCL), facilitating a fast and efficient storage system for data. It offers a clock frequency up to 400kHz for fast booting up times and shorter data transfer rates.
