MULTIBEX M1 Bex

imco Pharma MULTIBEX M1 is a combination therapy used to manage mild to moderate hypertension in adults. It is a fixed-dose combination containing two antihypertensive agents, aliskiren and amlodipine. Aliskiren is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) that works by blocking the action of angiotensin II, a key hormone in the regulation of the body's blood pressure. Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker (CCB) that reduces the force of contraction of the heart and relaxes the blood vessels allowing the blood to flow more easily and reducing the blood pressure. The combination of these two medications provides a more comprehensive antihypertensive effect than either used alone. MULTIBEX M1 can also be used for the treatment of angina pectoris (chest pain) and acute coronary syndrome.
