The CJ7806 is a a TO-252-2 (DPAK) RoHS Linear Voltage Regulators manufactured by Changjiang. This device is ideal for a variety of applications, such as control circuits, battery regulation, and power supplies. It offers users up to 3A continuous current output with an adjustable voltage ranging up to 40V. The CJ7806 features an ultra-low quiescent current, low dropout voltage, fast transient response and tight output voltage regulation. The device also offers adjustable current limiting, thermal shutdown, and reverse battery protection. Additionally, its high damping capability allows the use of small output capacitance, reduce external component count, and speed up the system response.
