The GM8906C is a quad-channel MOSFET driver and transciever IC manufactured by CorePro, and is housed in a QFN-60 package with RoHS compliance. It features four high-performance, low-voltage, Schottky TTL compatible, buffered drivers, four low-power receivers, and four balanced, high-speed, field-effect transceivers. The device is capable of driving 4.2V to 5.5V with a maximum output current of 5A and a low 0.1mA supply current. The GM8906C has under-voltage lockout protection and can be synchronized up to 4 MHz. Its features make it suitable for high-speed signal processing applications such as HD video transmission, USB3.0, HDMI, ATA, SATA, and DisplayPort.
