BC848B Doeshare

The BC848B SOT-23 Bipolar Transistor from Doshare is a small-signal transistor with an active region consisting of two PN junction semiconductors. It is ideally suited for applications where low noise, high gain, and low saturation voltage are required. The BC848B is supplied as a three-pin surface mount, with the three pins arranged in a row from left to right. This SOT-23 package is compliant with ROHS standards, making it suitable for use in a variety of electronic designs. The device features an NPN transistor in which the emitter and base region are forward biased while the collector region is reverse biased. Maximum input voltage, as well as collector-to-emitter voltage (VCE) are both rated at 5 volts. The higher of the two values should be chosen for the higher voltage conditions. The collector current varies between 200mA to 1A depending on the application.
