It is a dedicated motion controller with integrated power supply, designed to be used in applications such as machine tools, robots, automation systems, and conveyor systems. The controller’s compact size and its built-in communications server provide a convenient and powerful solution for motion control. The product includes control modes for point-to-point, contouring, and 3-axis dependent commands, as well as a wide selection of I/O modules that support a range of digital, analogue, and network protocols. The EMX-MT-0487 is equipped with 8 axes of onboard motion decoding, with each axis capable of controlling up to 16 different motions at once, and the controller supports up to 4 axes of voice coil motor or stepper motor motion. The built-in motion control server includes Ethernet, RS-232, and RS-485 networking capabilities for remote programming, debugging and debugging.
