The ES7148 is a QFN-12 RoHS manufactured by Everest Semiconductor. It is a high performance, low power, audio/speech codec IC designed to provide a cost effective solution for consumer audio applications. It supports 8kHz to 48kHz sampling rates, multi-channel audio mixing and playback, and voice recording, decoding and playback functions. Its feature set is well suited for multimedia applications, such as multimedia players, audio/speech synthesisers, data- entry applications, and voice recognition systems. The ES7148 comes with 16bit audio codecs and supports A-law, µ-Law, G.711, G.722, G.723, and other related audio coding standards.
