LR690L Feng Niao RF

IDThe LR690L with SOT-23-6 RF Transceiver IC is a ROHS compliant device manufactured by Feng Niao RFID. It is a single chip transceiver integrated circuit with 860MHz to 960MHz frequency range and -32dBm to -2dBm sensitivity. The IC is suitable for point-to-point and point-to-multipoint communications systems, such as AMR systems. The LR690L is capable of data transfer rates of up to 200kbps and features an operating voltage of 2.4V to 3.6V. The communication range of this IC is up to 100m in open air as well as indoors. The typical current consumption of the IC is 14mA in active mode and 0.3µA in standby mode. It is also capable of supporting AES-128/256 Encryption, ready-modes, address filtering, packet filtering & CRC checking. The LR690L is ideal for applications that require long-range wireless data transfer and low power consumption.
