MicroThe FM2819 is an LCD driver from Fuman Micro, designed in a SOT-23-6 RoHS package. It is an active low-power, single-chip LCD driver with an on-chip step up DC-DC converter. The FM2819 features on-chip voltage conversion and boost for liquid crystal display (LCD) voltage level shifting, on-chip temperature sensor, snooze mode, 5×8 font size, and dual power supply support. It has an operating voltage of 2.7 to 5.5 volts, and a wide operating temperature range of -40 to 85 °C. The FM2819 is ideal for small low power LCD displays in portable electronic devices such as cell phones, PDAs and other consumer electronic products.
