The FM9920B is a SOP-8 RoHS compliant electronic component, manufactured by Fuman. This part is a dual-channel, brushless DC motor driver IC with an integrated FETs output stage, and it is designed to provide efficient control of high performance brushless DC motors. It offers best-in-class features, including low-voltage operation down to 4.5V, wide voltage range (2.8V to 28V), low on-resistance (0.7O typical), low noise and high frequency operation (1MHz PWM switching frequency). It also features current sensing, ramp speed control and brake motor control. This part is widely used in applications such as robotics, medical and industrial control, lawn mowers, ceiling fans, office automation and power tools.
