HT24C02ARZ HTCSEMI

HTCSEMI's HT24C02ARZ is a 2Kbit 400kHz~1MHz I2C serial EEPROM memory chip in an 8-pin small outline package (SOP-8). It conforms to the RoHS compliance standard and operates over a wide temperature range of -40C to 85C. The device is used as nonvolatile memory for storage of user data in industrial and consumer electronics applications. It has both a write-protect pin and a built-in write protect latch for additional security. The internally organized 2Kbits of data are divided up into 32 blocks of 64 bytes each and are accessed using a standard I2C serial bus interface, allowing for low pin-count and fast data transfer rates. The device also incorporates error correction code (ECC) logic to maximize data reliability.
