The FQD8P10TM_F085 is a surface mount, TO-252 package Metal-Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor (MOSFET) under the brand name of Leiditech. This RoHS compliant transistor is a power transistors with Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) and fast switching capabilities. It has 8 terminals that include an insulated gate, gate, drain, source, X-point and five tabs for heat dissipation. The drain and source is configured for logic level inputs. This transistor also features Anti-Parallel Freewheeling Diodes and is normally used in AC/DC switching applications.
