74HCT4046ADB.112 Nexperia

The 74HCT4046ADB.112 is a Phase-Locked Loop (PLL) with a VCO and prescaller from Nexperia. It is designed for synchronization, demodulation and clock generation applications. It has a wide operating voltage range from 3 V to 15 V, and can handle input frequencies up to 50 MHz. It has a programmable RMS (Root Mean Square) jitter of 4 ps typ and 10 ps max, and provides a clean output clock with low additive jitter. The integrated voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) provides a wide frequency range of 7.2MHz to 110MHz. The prescaller and PLL have programmable division ratios of 1, 2, 4 and 8 to adjust the output frequency of the clock. It features selectable power-saving modes and a low-power dissipation.
