Techniques
The GSET11 is a two-channel transistor array manufactured by Ogam Techniques, featuring DIP and RoHS compliance. The device is a dual non-inverted NPN Darlington combination with two isolated groups of high-voltage, high speed transistors. The array has full power and thermal performance ratings, and is compatible with most TTL logic family interfaces. It provides very low ON resistance, excellent isolation characteristics, and low-power consumption. The part is used for driving lamps, relays, and other heavy loads, and is suitable for a variety of electrical and electronic designs.
