FOD060LR2 ON Semiconductor

The FOD060LR2 with High Speed Optocouplers Dual Ch 3.3V Logic Output Optocoupler is an isolation device manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It features an integrated infra-red LED, phototransistor, and schottky diode. It is capable of operating on a wide range of input voltages (1.8-3.6V/4.5-5.5V), and provides an output of 3.3V logic output with high speed response times (5 ns maximum). The device is UL recognized (UL1577) and has low power consumption (<100 mW). It also features high common-mode and normal mode isolation and isolation voltage of 1500 Vrms. It is a small package size (SC-59), and is ideal for automotive, industrial, telecommunications, and consumer applications.
