NC7SZ18P6X ON Semiconductor

The NC7SZ18P6X is a triple, non-inverting High Speed (UHS) demultiplexer manufactured by ON Semiconductor. The device is designed to provide a multiplicity of high speed logic level signal operations in a single package. The NC7SZ18P6X demultiplexer is capable of generating up to three output signals from a single data input, enabling an easy and quick signal routing and management. The device operates as a decoder or multiplexer, depending on which direction of signal routing is needed and supports input signals up to 5V. The device rear-side common output pins allows for simple circuit wiring in any configuration, while the reverse-biased safe operating area is greater than 500 V/ms for increased device ruggedness and reliability. All the output pins have independent enable inputs to allow for maximum flexibility when configuring to the desired output signal routing. The NC7SZ18P6X also integrates an oscillator firewall system to protect against external noise interference.
