The sensors support correlated Four/Two/One LVDS High Speed Serial Outputs or double sampling (CDS) readout, reducing noise and Parallel CMOS Output increasing dynamic range. Random Programmable Region of Interest (ROI) The image sensors have onchip programmable gain Readout amplifiers and 10bit A/D converters. The integration time Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) and gain parameters can be reconfigured without any visible Automatic Exposure Control (AEC) image artifact. Optionally the onchip automatic exposure Phase Locked Loop (PLL) control loop (AEC) controls these parameters dynamically. The images black level is either calibrated automatically or High Dynamic Range (HDR) Modes Possible can be adjusted by adding a user programmable offset. Dual Power Supply (3.3 V and 1.8 V) A high level of programmability using a four wire serial 40C to +85C Operational Temperature Range peripheral interface enables the user to read out specific 48pin LCC regions of interest.
