The PT5620 is an integrated half bridge/full bridge driver in a MSOP-10 (Micro Small-Outline Package) RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliant package, manufactured by Princeton Technology Corporation. This device is designed to drive high-current N-channel or P-channel gate drivers, allowing it to be used for DC-DC converters, motor controllers, and other power applications. It features a wide input voltage range of up to 60V, as well as an embedded charge pump for smooth gate drive. Other features include a current limit protection circuit, error flag output, thermal shutdown protection, and a soft-start function for reducing start-up current. The PT5620 is RoHS compliant and is available in a 10-pin MSOP package.
