RT9055 300mA Dual LDO Regulator General Description Features Wide Operating Voltage Range : 1.5V to 5.5V The RT9055 is a dual channel, low noise, and low dropout Low Noise for RF Application regulator sourcing up to 300mA at each channel. The output No Noise Bypass Capacitor Required voltage range is from 0.9V to 3.5V with an input voltage Fast Response in Line/Load Transient range from 1.5V to 5.5V. TTL Logic Controlled Shutdown Input The RT9055 offers 2% accuracy, extremely low dropout Low Temperature Coefficient voltage and extremely low quiescent current (only 29A Dual LDO Outputs (300mA/300mA) per LDO). The shutdown current is near zero which is Ultra-Low Quiescent Current : 29A/LDO suitable for battery powered applications. The RT9055 also High Output Accuracy 2% provides protection functions such as current limiting, Short Current Protection output short circuit protection, and over temperature Thermal Shutdown Protection protection. Current Limit Protection The RT9055 allows stable operation with very small Short Circuit Thermal Folded Back Protection ceramic output capacitors, hence minimizing required RoHS Compliant and Halogen Free board space and component cost. Applications The RT9055 is available in a WL-CSP-6B 0.8x1.2 package.
