RTQ2522A/B 2A Ultra-Low Dropout Voltage LDO Regulators with Soft-Start General Description Features Ultralow V Range : 0.8V to 5.5V IN The RTQ2522A/B is a very low dropout linear regulator VBIAS Voltage Range : 2.7V to 5.5V which operates from input voltage as low as 0.8V. The VOUT Voltage Range : 0.8V to 3.6V device is capable of supplying 2A of output current with a Low Dropout : 135mV Typ at 2A, V = 5V BIAS typical dropout voltage of only 135mV. A VBIAS supply is 2% Accuracy Over Line/Load/ Temperature required to run the internal reference and LDO circuitry PGOOD Indicator for Easy Sequence Control while output current comes directly from the VIN supply Programmable Soft-Start Provides Linear Voltage for high efficiency regulation.
