Additional Infomation About Product

The BD7679G-GTR is a switching controller PWM control type DC/DC converter IC by ROHM for AC/DC driver applications. It is composed of an AMD (Auto Mode Detection) system and a power MOSFET driver, specifically designed for driving IGBTs, GTOs, SCRs, or triacs in variable control DC/DC converters. Its advanced features include high-accuracy wide-input voltage detection, synchronous rectification control, over-current detection, and auto freewheeling control. The IC also has an integrated power MOSFET gate driver outputting foura level voltage. Operating voltage is from -50 to +60 V, PWM control frequency is up to 1 MHz, and switching frequency is up to 20 kHz.
