SC1301A/B 2A High Speed Low-Side MOSFET Driver in SOT-23 POWER MANAGEMENT Description Features The SC1301A/B is a cost effective single-channel high- +4.5V to +16.5V operation speed MOSFET driver. The driver is capable of driving a Fast rise and fall times 1000pF load in 20ns rise/fall time and has a 60ns propa- (20ns typical with 1000pf load ) gation delay time from input transition to the gate of the 2A peak drive current power MOSFET. The high current driving capability Enable/disable control (2A peak) allows fast switching up to 1MHz. The SC1301A TTL-compatible input is noninverting and the SC1301B is inverting.
