The ISO1201H is a digital isolator manufactured by Skyrelay with an industry standard SOP-8 (Small Outline Package) surface mount package that complies with RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) standards. It offers low cost and reliable signal isolation between digital input and output signals. It utilizes integrated coupler technology, optimized for data rate up to 200 Mbps, providing two-port isolation up to 250 VDC. it is isolated and regulated to 1500 VDC. The digital isolator is also highly immune to noise and transient disturbance. Other features include high ESD and EFT protection and a maximum supply current of 65 µA. The ISO1201H meets UL, CB, UL 1948 and IEC 60950-1 international safety standards and is suitable for various applications including industrial, automotive, medical control, powered medical bed, and home automation.
