The SM74HC123D is a low-power, high-speed CMOS dual retriggerable one-shot multivibrator that is part of the 74 Series manufactured by Sunmoon. It features a 16-pin Small Outline Package (SOP)-16_150mil and is RoHS-compliant. The SM74HC123D is based on the industry standard 74HC123 logic IC, and it has two separate one-shot multivibrators with outputs of 10 mA current sinking capability per output.
