The ISO1541QDRQ1 manufactured by Texas Instruments is a digital isolator automotive with a 2.5-kVrms isolated unidirectional clock and a bidirectional I2C. It is an 8-pin SOIC packaged device that operates over a temperature range of -40 to 125 °C. It provides galvanic isolation between high-voltage power and low-voltage control circuits, protecting system components in applications such as electric vehicles, charging station power supplies, fuel injection systems and pedals. It also supports single-ended and 23mA current loop outputs directly and can switch between idle-high and idle-low I2C open drain modes. It features a propagation delay of 3µs for I2C and 0.5µs for the clock. It also offers data rate of up to 25 Mbps and 2,500VRMS galvanic isolation.
