The ISO7221CDR Digital Isolators Dual CH 1/1 25Mbps Dig Iso by Texas Instruments is a digital isolator with two channels. It provides a 25 Mbps bit rate and up to 1A of source/sink current. The ISO7221CDR has been designed to optimize system performance, reduce electromagnetic interference (EMI), minimize power consumption, and decrease the cost of isolator networks. The device is manufactured using Texas Instruments' BiCMOS process which enables high levels of integration and higher electromagnetic noise immunity. This results in even lower power consumption and smaller form factors. The isolator features logic-level signal translation and can be utilized for isolating power signals, actuating relays, and driving opto-couplers for interfacing with discrete circuitry.
