6N139 Vishay

The 6N139 from Vishay is an optocoupler module that provides a digital isolation barrier between two circuits. It is a single-channel, 16-pin DIP (dual in-line package) module. It is designed for use in pulse-width modulated (PWM) control, logic operations, and other digital signalling applications where electrical isolation is required. It features an open collector transistor output with a pull-up resistor for direct connection to TTL/CMOS inputs. Other features include a 30 kV/µs minimum common-mode transient immunity and a CTR rating from 50% to 600%. Its operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
