The W25Q64JVSSIM is a 64 megabit NOR Flash spiFlash memory IC from Winbond, a semiconductor company. It has an 8-pin package and is organized as 8,388,608 bytes (64 megabit). The device is a 4Kb Uniform Sector device with 4KB sectors and is a Double Transfer Rate (DTR) device that can operate at higher speed when required, albeit at the expense of additional power consumption. The memory also supports quad-SPI and has on-board voltage regulators. Some of the features of the W25Q64JVSSIM include an SO-8 package, support for fast read (up to 104MHz), support for Dual/Quad I/O and 3-Byte address modes, and support for security, write protection, software/hardware write protection, OTP and hardware write protection, and block lock.
