XD74LS86 XINLUDA

The XD74LS86 with Gates and Inverters DIP-14 RoHS is a dual 4-input XOR logic gate manufactured by XINLUDA. It is 14-Lead Plastic Dual-In-Line Package (PDIP) with a mil-spec pill, lead and halogen free. It is classified as an LSI logic device of High Speed CMOS logic with low power consumption designed to work with TTL logic levels, and operates from a single 5v supply. It has two independent, four-input, high-speed XOR gates. Each gate has two-level gate output with good noise margin characteristics. The device provides a good fan-out of 10 LSTTL loads at V CC = 5V. It has a propagation delay of 18 ns max and an output drive of 10 LSTTL loads at 5V. This allows it to be used in logic circuits at very high clock rates.
