Vishay Temperature Sensor Modules
Temperature sensor modules are devices used to measure temperature. Temperature sensors typically consist of a sensor element, such as a thermocouple or resistor-type thermistor, and associated signal-conditioning circuits to provide a convenient output of a temperature signal, typically a voltage. These modules use electrical current to measure and then signal the degree of thermal activity. They are available in many different varieties, allowing them to be used in a wide variety of applications. For example, they can be used in automated temperature control, monitoring of food and beverage temperatures, heating and cooling systems, industrial process control, and in medical devices. Temperature sensor modules can also be used to detect when temperature goes beyond preset limits.
