Additional Infomation About Product

The BISS0001M/TR is an infrared sensor manufactured by HGSEMI with a SOP-16 package. It is RoHS compliant and the operational voltage is 3.6V to 5.5V. The operating frequency is up to 4KHZ and it has a wide peak wavelength range of 850nm to 990nm. It has a high sensitivity of up to 0.35V/m and a low current consumption of up to 4uA. The device offers an excellent signal-to-noise ratio to make sure any signals are consistent and reliable. The device features a built-in temperature compensation circuit that helps maintain the temperature stability even in extreme environments. The device can work with a wide variety of IR codes and has a long working life.
