IXYS High Linearity Optocouplers

High linearity optocouplers are optical components that are used to transmit signals across a gap without the use of physical connections. They are capable of providing very high linearity levels. This means that the input signals to the devices do not suffer from significant levels of distortion or noise. High linearity optocouplers are used in a variety of applications, including telecommunications, motor control, industrial automation and automotive applications. The benefit of these devices is the high degree of electrical isolation they provide between the two circuits, as well as their ability to withstand high levels of electrical and mechanical shock.
