Pactec Battery Enclosures
Battery enclosures are designed to protect batteries and its associated components from harsh environments. It serves to provide protection from water, dirt, dust, and extreme temperatures while preventing sparks and arcing or short-circuits. These protective enclosures can either be an integral part of the battery or an external casing. They often feature a vented design to allow for proper dissipating of heat from the battery, as well as to prevent gases from building up. They have been built using special materials such as ABS plastic, stainless steel, aluminum, and brass. In addition, when necessary, some enclosures also have provisions for alarms, access panels, and mounting features for easy installation.
