The GR1937DJG is a RoHS compliant DC-DC Converter from Grenergy. It is a DIP-8 package and is capable of operating from 0.7V to 5.5V input voltage. It has an adjustable output voltage range of 0.6V to 5V and can deliver up to 500mA of continuous load current. The GR1937DJG boasts a high efficiency of up to 90% and provides superior performance in the smallest package size possible. It is ideal for applications where power density and precision are the core factors. The GR1937DJG also features built-in reverse current protection, output overvoltage protection, and over temperature protection.
