MACOM RF MOSFET Transistors

RF MOSFET transistors are transistors designed to operate at radio frequencies (RF). They are usually either depletion-mode or enhancement-mode and are usually operated in the same way as standard MOSFET transistors. They are used in a wide range of applications such as microwave ovens, radar systems, ham radios, mobile phone transmitters, and many more. They are available in a variety of package sizes, and are typically manufactured using gallium arsenide or gallium nitride semiconductor materials. They generally have high input and output impedances, excellent linearity characteristics, and fast switching speeds, making them suitable for a variety of RF applications.
