IXYS Special Purpose Amplifiers
Special purpose amplifiers are amplifiers which are designed for a specific purpose or application. These amplifiers are generally engineered for high-precision and specialized functions that are not achievable through general-purpose amplifier solutions. Examples of special purpose amplifiers include operational amplifiers (op-amps), instrumentation/precision amplifiers, and differential line amplifiers. Special purpose amplifiers can offer features such as high CMRR, rail-to-rail input/output ranges, voltage or current feedback control, low distortion, and low noise.
