Additional Infomation About Product

The HT4011ARZ is a quad Schmitt-trigger NAND gate. It features a high-impedance Schmitt Trigger input circuit and provides ultra-high noise immunity. It uses CMOS technology to achieve low power dissipation. This IC can be used as standard logic gate, as a line receiver, to buffer square wave signals, and as a switch. The device comes in an SOP-14 package and is RoHS compliant and manufactured by HTCSEMI. The supply voltage range is 4.5 V to 15 V and the input current is < 1.6 mA max. It has a propagation delay of 15 ns max. The output current is ± 24 mA. The output logic level is compatible with TTL and CMOS logic levels. It also has an operating temperature range of -55 ºC to 125 ºC.
