The TL431 with Linear Voltage Regulators SOT-23 RoHS from AnBon is an adjustable shunt regulator that allows for precise control of an output voltage with minimal external components. The voltage can be set between 1.24V and 36V using two external resistors. This IC has a wide operating voltage range of 2V to 40V, an output current of 500mA, and a very low temperature coefficient of ±100ppm/°C. It is also RoHS compliant, making it an environmentally friendly option. The SOT-23 package makes this IC very popular with board-level design engineers and makes it easy to install in tight spaces. Additionally, this IC has excellent line and load regulation characteristics, making it an ideal choice for use in voltage regulation applications.
