The low on-state resistance of the switch allows TTL compatible control input levels connections to be made with minimal propagation delay. Designed to be used in 5.5 V to 3.3 V level shifting applications A diode to V is integrated in the circuit to allow for level shifting CC between 5 V inputs and 3.3 V outputs.
