The Bourns 7949 is a high-performance, non-inductive, thick-film resistor. It is designed to provide reliable performance in high-frequency and high-heat applications. The 7949 is used in areas such as automotive, industrial, and medical. It features a thin-film barrier coating for added protection, a resistance range of up to 1 megaohm, and an odourless encapsulated construction for better insulation and sealing. The 7949 also features special lead construction for easier soldering and less heat dissipation.
