The FLLE2025AQMI is a single phase chassis mount power line filter manufactured by Kemet. It supports a maximum rating of 300V and 25A. It is designed to provide improved voltage regulation, reduce noise, and protect the attached equipment from line transients. It is composed of two types of capacitors – Y-capacitors and X-capacitors – along with inductors and ferrite beads to create an effective filter. The Y-capacitors serve to reduce AC line noise, while the X-capacitors reduce DC bias on the AC line. The inductors provide an inductive impedance, which blocks high frequency transients, while the ferrite beads provide high frequency filtering to block common mode EMI.
