HEF4069UB-Q100 Hex inverter Rev. 2 9 September 2014 Product data sheet 1. General description The HEF4069UB-Q100 is a general-purpose hex inverter. Each inverter has a single stage. It operates over a recommended V power supply range of 3 V to 15 V referenced to V DD SS (usually ground). Unused inputs must be connected to V , V , or another input. DD SS This product has been qualified to the Automotive Electronics Council (AEC) standard Q100 (Grade 1) and is suitable for use in automotive applications. 2.
