Additional Infomation About Product

The PHV-5R4V155-R is a high voltage, 5.4V-15.5V non-isolated synchronous buck regulator from the PowerStor family. It is capable of delivering up to 5A of continuous output current and can switch at up to 4MHz. The low on-resistance and low-output noise make it ideal for digital power applications. The integrated MOSFETs and dual N-channel architecture, along with the wide input voltage range, provides high efficiency and high transient response. Protection features such as soft-start and thermal shutdown, allow for robust operation. The package includes an optional surface-mount inductor and thermal tape.
