Rev 1.2 DIO3712 High-bandwidth and Low on-resistance Analog switch Features Descriptions DIO3712 is a dual, bidirectional, Over-Voltage Tolerance (OVT) single-pole/double-throw (SPDT) CMOS analog Voltage Operation: 1.8V to 5.5V switch, which is designed to operate from a Low On Resistance: 4.5 typ at 4.5Vcc single 1.8V to 5.5V supply. It features High Off-Isolation high-bandwidth (300MHz) and low on-resistance, Low Crosstalk targeted applications for full speed USB and Low leakage current audio switching. Low power consumption DIO3712 features power ON/OFF protection Wide -3dB Bandwidth: >300MHz effectively protecting device against external Low Distortion signal perturbation. It also offers excellent -3db Packaged: DQFN-10, MSOP-10 bandwidth and lower ON resistance, which can 8kV HBM 1.5kV CDM ESD Rating be used as analog switch in multiple applications. Applications It operates under wide Vcc supply from 1.8V to Cell Phones 5.5V, consuming very low quiescent current even PDAs and MP3s when the voltage of S pin is lower than V CC Portable Instrumentation supply. This new feature services the mobile Battery Powered Communications handset applications very well allowing for the Computer Peripherals direct interface with baseband processor general purpose I/Os with no need of level translator.
