The GR9230RKKAG is a line of switching controllers manufactured by Grenergy. It is a RoHS compliant SOP-7 package with an operating temperature range of -40 to 85 °C. It has a low-voltage power-on reset circuit and low standby current consumption of 0.1 µA. The controller includes two built-in power MOSFETs and provides several protection functions including over-current protection, over-voltage protection, under-voltage lock-out, and thermal shutdown.
