The CLA40MT1200NHR with Triacs PWR THYRISTOR-TRIAC ISOPLUS24 is a power thyristor module made by IXYS. It is a four-quadrant, low power, high voltage, low current, thick and thinfilm integrated circuit designed for applications with high isolation requirements. The module is constructed with a ceramic base insulator, small size, large current and voltage ratings, and is ideal for use in high power applications with low to moderate current spectral density. It has two controlled rectifier sections, two free-wheel rectifier sections and a common gate section. It utilizes high-voltage, low-current TRIACs with an active negative current control feature, which allows the device to be used in high-power, high-frequency applications. It is RoHS-compliant, UL-recognized and also meets UL-CSA European standards.
